What is the error E90 in belief air heaters and how to solve it?

Some customers may meet with the some error codes when operating the air parking heaters. It is quite normal during the operation, some can be solved by yourself in the setting, and some codes will show the information that some parts may be broken, whatever let us find the exact reason that leads to this first.

Here I will set an exact example for one Error code “E90” in detailed explanation, it is one 2kw 12v diesel air parking heater with an Lcd switch for North Ireland customer, Hope this case can help you to learn how to find the solution s after facing this further.

First, When this error code E90 shows in on the screen of the LCD switch, the air parking heater may not work. In the error code list we found E90 means Glow plug/pin circuit broken in the attached screenshot. After customer feedbacks to me this, we had learned about the above informations in some degree, we know the general direction already. so, I told customer to check specially the glow pin, after some tests of its resistance value, we get the result of the value is 0.55kohms. In the attached is the part that I asked customer to check. This is no doubt that the problem is the glow pin, cause the normal standard value is between 0.1 – 0.3 kohms. We get the conclusion the glow pin not works, after sending a new glow pin, the heater is fixed well and runs normally again.
